We believe in the power of educating families on birth. We have several different childbirth educators who teach different styles of classes. Our teachers teach Birthing From Within, hypnobabies, hypnobirthing, blissborn series, and more. We offer group classes, as well as private classes, at our location or a location of your choice.
Childbirth Education
Our childbirth classes are a six-week class series. We review nutrition in pregnancy, stages of labor, labor coping mechanisms, creating a birth plan, breastfeeding, and postpartum care. We gear our classes towards all types of birth, including home, birth center, or hospital, natural or medicated. All birth types should start with education. We also offer daddy boot camp classes.
